Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Dreamer Store. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase such as your order number is required. Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first and receiving approval.

Non-returnable items include personalized or custom-made products, opened underwear or other hygiene-sensitive items, gift cards, and any items marked as final sale.

If you need to start a return or exchange, please contact us by email at hello@dreamerstore.net. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that banks and card issuers may take a few business days to post the refund.

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items, subject to stock availability. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us first.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If a refund is issued, any shipping costs may be deducted from your refund. In cases where the item is faulty or incorrectly sent, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered by us.

For international orders, please note that any customs duties or import taxes paid at delivery are non-refundable.

For returns valued over 75 USD, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.

If you have not received your refund after approval, first check your bank account and then contact your card provider. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at hello@dreamerstore.net.
