Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free delivery for non-trackable shipments. We offer free non-trackable deliveries for orders below "€25". Free delivery option will not appear on order above "€25". You will be able to pay for trackable delivery for only "€1.10".

We have warehouses in United States, Turkey, Germany and Latvia.
How long will it take to process my order?
Your package will be ready to ship within 1-5 business days.
When will I receive my order?
Deliveries can take up to 5 business days to 18 business days. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
How long does express delivery take?
Express deliveries can take up 2 to 6 business days. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. Please note that, we are unable to ship some of our products by express shipping. Our team will get back to you if we are unable to send the item(s) by express shipping.
How can I find my tracking number?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email or text message right after placing your order. If your package is trackable, you will be able to find your tracking number in that email/text message. We can refund the amount or ship the item(s) again.

My tracking updates shows that my package has been delivered but I haven't received my package. What should I do?
Your package may be delivered to the mailbox, doorman, reception or nearest post office. You can check these or contact to the shipping company with your tracking number. If you can't find anything please contact us at "email@example.com". Our costumer care will assist you as soon as possible.
If you ordered multiple items, there is a good chance that these products are housed in different warehouses. Some of your items can arrive early. If your items was sent from different warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/text message both of your packages. If you have any questions about that please let us know.
If you are living in United Arab Emirates, you have to add your P.O. Box Number. Otherwise, your package will not be delivered and sent back to us.
Taxes and Duties
Please be advised that customs charges and/or import duties are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination and where applicable, may be levied once the parcel arrives at the destination country.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Dreamer Store. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Policy and Terms
By placing an order at Dreamer Store, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees and the cost of return shipping back to Dreamer Store. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
